Description

My system goal was to enable the sound to be warm and neutral with enough power to play the music clearly at ALL volume levels. The tube phono stage gives the warmth that the SS amp and pre-amp need for the TT source. The Wavestream phono stage is VERY stable and integrates extremely well with the Boulder equipment. The Rockports can handle ANYTHING the amp can give it and more. With 91db sensitivity and capable of 112db max. Oh Baby!!!!

Fully contollable sub woofer with features to integrate into system. XLR connectivity a plus.

Boulder line stage with 100% XLR connectivity. Truly transparent and neutral.
- Boulder 2060
1200 watts per channel into 4 ohm speakers. Absolutely ground shaking power with finesse and detail while maintaining neutrality.
- Wavestream Kinetics Deluxe Tube Phono Stage
Phenomenal phono stage using four 6922 tubes(D-getter 1959 amperex pr. and 1961 siemens pr.) w/ Telefunken 12AX7. All XLR input/output.
- VPI Industries Reference Super Scoutmaster
Super Scoutmaster with HRX feet, super platter and 10.5 Signature tonearm. All sits on HRS isolation base and Grand prix Monaco stand.

I should also mention, Andy the designer of Rockport modified Michael Grellman's Rockport Hyperion speakers with the new Skaaning Carbon Fiber mids.
The Woofers and mids were modified to the new
Skaaning Carbon fiber mids.

What a system.
Just curious, are you using the Wilson Audio Watch Dog sub for movies, or your using it on the Rockport Hyperion for music?
