Hello, have now listened to the Elac 607 ce speakers a longer period. Must say that they are the best products on the market (recommended). A slim konsept makes you feel a Transparency out its like, homogeneous and very dynamic sound.,. Maybe it's the size that makes them less attractive for the sound they present is very large :::)) Monitor lovers should be a good effort worth hearing them. ::))
Focal is a wonderful, beautiful speakers,,, ELAC is a brighter cleaner less colored. ::)) there's more information.
Hmm here i need to respond, im sure that Accuphase not taking Sophias "all the way" a bit cold an not so dynamic im afraid. Krell is a far better matching for Wilson Sophias. But maybe the new A65 taking it a further step im sure.

I think Wilson and Accuphase is a fantastic combination,I have heard many items, Krell o Wilson, Audio R o Wilson mm, but Accuphase o Wilson owns.It is like that the sound open up honest and clan detail accurately.
Maxen, it is, indeed a great-looking system, and a great-looking room. I expect it sounds fabulous too, especially with the efforts made at taming the back wall. I have never heard Wilsons with Accuphase, but I am a tremendous fan of the Accuphase amps like the A60, and the Accuphase control amps. Whenever I have heard the A60, it sounds like it OWNS the system - everything sounds so easy.
I fear that with good music, that comfy (Ekornes?) chair, and a stove/fireplace warming the room, I would be a goner.

The rug looks like a contemporary gabbeh (gabbeh roughly (no pun intended really) 'rough weave' and is a tribal rug from southwestern Iran). The designs can be very modern. Super soft, loose weave. One of the best rugs to nap on...
Room is 5.5 x 9 meters. I use Accuphase DG 38, which measures and adjusts the speaker 18-20.000Hz + - 2Db. This place plays deep bass, so I have fun.I use a test CD and DG 38-an, shows that. All my cables are Transparent Audio REF XL mm.
SWEET System, if it were a woman it would a Playboy Center Fold! I love the Accuphase!! Room looks great also. What interconnects are you using? How do you know that your hitting 18hz? What did you use to measure that and what size is your room?
You have done a really good job to get that stronge Hifi. it was a very good looking hifi. My eyes youst looked at the hifi becouse i have allwayes wanne have that sterio like you have i cant beliv that i saw you have it ! NICE !
