Thanks for the reply! I used to work as a welder in a machine shop so I could build something like that myself but I no longer have access to a machine shop.

There is a fabrication shop in my town. I spoke with the owner about building a rack system for me. He wanted $1200 - $1500 for the frame. I would have to buy the shelving elsewhere.
