This is my extremely simple, 2-channel rig. The signal path is about as short as it gets: transport - digital amp - speakers.
I love the TacT; to be able to have my DAC, pre, and power amp all in one unit is just about ideal for my current living space space and busy schedule. I don't have time to mess around with several components separately, just want to get to the basics and listen to some music :).
Will probably be switching speakers this summer, the PSB's are good but just a little un-engaging at times. Currently looking at Selah or Salk monitors. Also will add in some new speaker cable (Speltz' Anti Cable most likely).
Thanks for the complements fellas :). I'm a bit OCD, so keeping things neat is an absolute must. Re: power cord on TacT, currently using a hospital-grade pc that is essentially an Iron Lung Jellyfish but without the fancy clear/purple terminations. It does the job and gives me a bit more peace of mind though I've never really decided whether or not I believe in the merits of higher-grade pc's in our rigs.
