Well my dad was really on the fence when he ended up with the wood Quat's but he is going to be retiring so he will be building a bigger room, maybe with Rives. But the 12 month free upgrade is going to make the decision easier I think, (my dad always spends his bonus money on his toys so my mom never cares....she is very well cared for)

Don't be in such a hurry to upgrade. The Wood Quattro's are great speakers. The 5A's take it up another step, but only another step for a big layout of the green. Make sure you want to do it.

Awesome set-up you have there! My dad has the same table as you but went Esoteric for his player and has the Wood Quattro...5A may be in the works when the 12 months upgrade window approaches.

The Anti-Cables. I've had the Ayre cables, various Cardas Cables, Purist, Audioquest, Kimber, etc....Anti-Cables really makes the system sing.
