My system consists of Hegel H390 amp, JA Pulsar speakers, Rega Planar 3 with Exact cartridge turntable, Bluesound Node 2i streamer and a Yamaha CD 8303 CD player
I think of that as an almost perfect system - minimalist, everything of good or very good quality, very little fuss or muss. Having the Rega turntable (which their prime designer calls a "vibration measurement machine") share a shelf with those wonderful speakers seems like a compromise. We all have to make them in our various situations, but I do wonder if a nice set of stands might make what is really good even better.
