Great system! I saw your post regarding a quest for a DAC. After looking at your system, I thought I would reach out to you. This may seem self-serving, but I have a used Playback Design Merlot DAC on consignment with Audio Archon in Chicago. I thought this might be of interest to you because I also use CODA electronics and it is a very synergistic pairing with the Playback Design products. I recently upgraded to the Playback Design MPD-6, but the Merlot is excellent! Extremely musical, huge soundstage. The PBD gear is the most "non digital" sounding DACS I have ever heard. The Merlot was very well reviewed and sounds great with the CODA gear. If you have interest, you could contact MIke Kay of Audio Archon for more details. He is a PBD and CODA dealer, so he would be a great resource on the pairing.
