I modified the output coupling caps. Gone are the generic 30uFs and now it runs VCap ODAM 12 uFs. I also removed the ceramic cast resistors on the power side and put in 10W Mills military spec resistors, which I had to buy from HiFi Collective in Britain as I couldn't source them from a US vendor.

I built this with a little help from Roon's own directions and users on its forum. Huge upgrade!
I would also move that couch out of the way and put it in the middle where your chair is that way you can have more than one person listening and that way you'll be able to pull your speakers out, I think that's part of the problem, the speakers are too close to The front wall.
