The "music library" is a smallish third-floor room in an old 1920s house. Approx. 15'6" x 10'6" with a sloping ceiling. Recent updates (2020) include a dedicated 20A circuit directly from the panel to the room/gear and newer Shunyata power conditioner (Denali 2000/T) for amplifier.
Thanks! Y'all are too kind, apparently I was "system of the week" a couple of weeks ago! :) Now I'm already contemplating a room re-arrangement and adding some diffusion on the rear sloping ceiling. Are we EVER done? :)
Thank you! Actually, the wood floor is an old, solid Oak hardwood floor, but covered with a large rug. I've considered taking up the rug and exposing the wood, but worried about reflections. (There was previously a smaller rug in here, but I got a bigger one and liked the added damping. But now the room is basically over-damped, it's a bit studio "dead" sounding, but I've gotten used to it.
