Had the Khorns hanging outside under a 12 foot overhanging eave for 10 years. Bird's nest and hornet's nest result.
Dismantled horns and noticed something funny in one of the K400 "squawkers."
What's that?
It's left over aluminum mold material! Poor quality control in 1984!
Knocked it out with a hammer and a chisel. Opened up the K400's throat. No wonder it sounded funny.
