Active crossovers are not necessary. If the second amp has input level controls, like on the P-300, you can go with passive vertical bi-amping.
All you just need is a pair of good quality splitters like these:

plug them into the pre-outs on the E-202, and connect a couple sets of stereo patch cords - one to the main-in jacks on the E-202, the other to the inputs on the power amp. I'd use the E-202 to drive the midranges and tweeters, and the other, more powerful amp to drive the woofers. Use the level controls on the second amp to fine tune the balance. The crossovers in the speakers will handle the bandpass duties.
