Thank you! The floor is deceptively attractive for "look of real" vinyl.
But, yes, I take a minimalist approach to furnishing my apartment.

The AR-XB required some mechanical adjustments to work properly in the XA base (previous owner mod'ed) I had owned both types in the early 1970's so I was able to understand the differences.
