Thank you Jafant! Haven’t changed a thing in the last year except for my Cartridge :)

Hey guys sorry haven’t checked my systems page in a while. Thanks for the comments..

jond- I think the Thiels being so revealing can make a very good match with the right tube amp. The Rogue is very neutral and the VTL gives it some very nice warmth and body. Also using some nice vintage Mullard’s throughout.

Jeff- I’m a big fan of time/phase aligned speakers. Other speakers just tent to sound a little off to me now. I use to own Meadowlarks but Thiel just refined this speaker philosophy much further.. especially in the 3.7s which were Jim Thiels’ crowning achievement. Also, low end is gorgeous and “all-there” with the right amp. The rogue gives me enough power to get the full spectrum the Thiels have to offer.

Thosb- Haha some call my wall hangers cluter, I call them acoustic treatment :) I tried a few amps, including one of Rogue’s class D amps (Medusa) but was always missing something in the mids until I tried the Magnum. Just a wonderful sounding amp that gives me plenty of power and doesn’t color the sound like many tube amps can.
