Thanks giangtrant for very much for compliments. I buy equipment by the pound. Added a turntable last week. The speakers are not everyone's cup of tea but I love JBL and works pretty well in the room. I wish I could have more people hear it during this covid thing..
Beautiful listening room. My compliments. I like the w/w carpeting design and of course your impressive equipment. Looks like an enjoyable listen for sure.
MANY, MANY CONGRATULATIONS....but in my most humble opinion...you should improve the acoustic treatment of your listening room , ( methinks quite substantially ). I have without any shame copied the ceilings of the Royal Albert Hall, London and the Opera House Sydney having studied both whilst being in situ.....id est - - - 12 dirt cheap "made in China" umbrellas hung from my 50 sq. metre ceiling FILLED with BAF wadding. The difference, (quite apart from other dirt cheap DIY accoutrements ), is quite simply ASTONISHING. PLEASE TRY IT.... for your future listening pleasure. VIVA LA MUSICA !!!
W-O-W!!!! Absolutely stunning system! There’s no two ways around it, that your set up is phenomenal, and also has so many of my dream components, and I’m sure you love it! 😍
I love how it mixes both older and for the most part newer audio components.
It must have taken a very long time sourcing those pieces of the system too.
This is out of the world. Totally mind blowing. Just love the the whole set up. Lots of tlc put into it. Really hope one of this day. I could be there to listen to it.
I love the acoustic panels! I just finished adding some to my room that I made. They really do make a difference. My wife didn't want me to make any ceiling clouds, but nevertheless, it's quite a room.
thanks Zephyr, pretty much all stock inside except Neutrix connectors and upgraded 12 gauge wire for the woofers. running 500 watts into each woofer from the MAC 2500'S. thanks, KEN.
Outstanding system and room,...love the big JBLs! Are they stock or have you done what a couple friends of mine with various JBL models have done in terms of upgrading internal wiring, etc...?
HI Paul, I noticed the same thing regarding the quietness with the P10. It is a very good piece of equipment. I have had the 4350's about 3.5 years.Had all the other pro 4300 series and these the best. Had JBL for a long time.I think the 4350 first appeared around 1973 or 1974.
Your JBL 4350's are classic, the synergy must be something else. I have noticed a pair for sale on CAM, (Canuck Audio Mart). How long have you had them? I think the year first year manufactured was 1979. Also results of direct outlet connection was unrevealing with the exception of reconnecting to P10, a greater silence between tracks and overall detail in music was pronounced when reconnecting to P10, (Music Mercury Living Presence Vol. 2 CD 5 Dvorak Symphony No.# 7 in D Minor and Tidal Streaming 24bit 96khz Jazz At The Pawnshop 30th Anniversary Tracks 1-4 Limehouse Blues)
Much appreciated. Unfortunately, no JBL behind the Moon. The table was a rebuild that I did with a friend that is now starting out in our hobby. Table is 3/4 inch Black Walnut, plinth and sides. He did the measuring and cuts and I did the finishing, took about 3 weeks on and off. Will post some photos of the rebuild. Going to try the direct Amplifier connection to outlets today after listening for a couple of hours and listen for any noticeable differences.
