Description

Welp, here it is.

Pretty happy with things. Outboard amp for the JMlabs, nice plasma hanging on the wall, dual subs, good universal player and a respectable reciever for the price range. :)

" the Velo and 707s's blend so well that it doesent SOUND like there is a subwoofer, but the low extention is definatly there."

As it should be, one of the reasons many people have a problem with blending subs is their natural instinct to turn up the sub untill they can hear it...now they know it's on!

If you have 60hz X-over setting, try that also. If it works you would have more freedom with sub placement.

Well, at 91db I would think 50 watts or less would reach very high spl's. With their extended bass responce a sub should be very easy to mate-up in the future. You know you will add one anyway if your a hometheater buff!

" Heh. You tube guys are all the same! "

Tube guys? LOL...I'm runnin Krells! (I do have a tubed pre-amp though, does that count?)

Here is your chance to try tubes, won't need a lot of power with those.

Congrats on the Paradigm Slappy. Looks like you have added some subs also (or at least not long ago?).

Your on your way..Back, Slap! Heck, I've had to start my system over from scratch twice in the last 30 years. Been pretty steady for the last 10 years or so though...KNOCK ON WOOD!!!
