The sound is very lively & dynamic without any glare, brightness or unnecessary sibilance.The K01 is a detail retriever of the highest order. EAR 868 opens up the sound to a grand level while the SA1s impart that little bit of warmth & smoothness.The 5LS are extremely transparent with smoothly extended frequencies at both ends and completely vanish into the soundstage.The music just flows... Since I work in Industrial Acoustics, all room acoustics have been done by yours truly. First took care of the low frequencies and then moved onto diffusing & attenuating the highs. Instead of the other way around, I now rush to work from home!
