I rewired the tweeters with OCC 28 AWG pure silver and wired the remaining drivers with 18 AWG OCC copper wire all sourced from VH Audio. There was a drastic improvement in every aspect of performance. The weakest remaining link in the ads was the connecting posts. I replaced these with WBT0708s and the performance went up again. The new WBT connectors also required a .25" quick connect. Used gold plated brass Furtech quick connects for all connections to speakers and crossovers. Also soldered wires to quick connects using WBT 4 % silver solder. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you Schubert. I listen to most everything but country. Lots of classic rock, jazz and classical. I have not tried treatments. Do you think they would make a marked difference and if so, what would these be?
