I'm looking to get the RS-6s myself. I auditioned them a few days ago and they sound great.
Check out the Marantz MARANTZ TT15S1 Turntable, for the money you cant beat it. $1600 includes the $800 Clearaudio Virtuoso cartridge. I've had mine for a few months and it sounds better every day. I think the scout starts at 1800 with no cartridge.
