A budgetsystem for the bedroom. The Pioneer Elite VSX 90TXV is a surround sound receiver with 7 channels at 100wpc. Enough power to rock with my stereo pair of vintage JBL L-100. The L-100 is a great speaker for classic rock of the 50's to 70's. Especially since much of the music of that era was mixed on JBL monitors like the L-100 or its studio version the 4311. The Toshiba DVD/CD player is a budget Costco player that sounds remarkably good for chump change.
System edited: Yamaha CR 620 finally gave up and has been replaced by a Pioneer Elite VSX 90TXV surround receiver. Only using the front left and right channels through Stream Direct mode with the analog outputs of my budget Toshiba DVD/CD player
