Do your system a favor and in your spare time run a separate line for each component. You'll be surprised what the benefits to your system will be sonically. You wouldn't have to do this all at once but I predict each time you'll notice a profound difference in the quietness, blackness, detail, soundstaging, and dynamics in your system. You'll have to wait until each line breaks in to hear the full scope of your labor. I have 16 "homeruns" for my system and it sure was a pain to wire, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat! Don't forget to have a dedicateed copper earthg grounding system. And then if you want that really to work, water the area the copper ground rod is and your noise floor will decrease further. Be sure to separate the digital from all your other lines too. Clean all contacts with Caig ProGold or similar treatment as you go.
