but your drum system must be very special!

LOL. I suspect you may be teasing me. Billy Woodman founded ATC with the goal to emulate the quality of the Quad's midrange but with the dynamics of large horns. I suspect that many people still feel the 57's still hold the edge in the best midrange quality ever achieved in a speaker.
