Sorry for the late response. I've encoutered some acoustical problems in the new appartment, mega bass resonance and a lot of echo ! Trying to solve this problem by adding some acoustical material like RPG basstraps, Texaa Vibrasso etc. etc.
At the moment only the Mini's are playing. See added picture for info about bass resonance / echo
System edited: 1-11-2007: Cancelled the Ceramique surrounds due to living room in my new house, instead I ordered a special version of the Ceramique CRM-3.2FE which will be used as surrounds. Regards Jan
The Siltech - Echo Bay speakercables have to be modified from bi-wiring to single wiring (Kharma's don't have bi-wire terminals), thinking also to upgrade them by the "SATT" treatment from Siltech.
Does anyone has experience with this upgrade ? Thanks
The people from the Kharma factory in Breda - Netherlands are very serious about there products, a look in their workshop will tell you that. Only quality products / people are used during construction of the loudspeakers.
I'm interested in Kharma CRM-3.2FE, also listened to Wilson Audio - Watt / Puppy 7 which I also liked a lot but they are very expensive in the netherlands ( 28.000,- pair) compared to Kharma. In my opinion Kharma is a little easier to live with, less problems positioning the loudspeakers than Wilson.
About Siltech: no junk but I just like what it does with the sound !
