Yes, when I went KISS it was a red letter day for me. Really made me realize that systems don't need a lot of complexity to sound good. Music sweet music.

I too am a believer in the KISS strategy. CD source, integrated, monitors and sub. Source connected to an isolation transformer. Speaker cables and IC's from same manufacturer and same conductor construction.

Tommy, I like that rack; please elaborate on how you built it or send me an email on further details. Thanks in advance. BTW, I have been slowly simplifying my system too, and am already reaping some incredible rewards. I have gone from 5.1 HT w/ separates to an integrated 2 channel system. Love how much better it sounds. Enjoy the Music.

Hey that is the name I was going to give my system if/when I ever posted one :-)

I too believe in KISS running only source to passive pre (Luminous Axiom) to McCormack Amp to Dynaudio monitors. That's it!

Looks good, bet it sounds great! love the skull.

System edited: Stained shelves on the rack to match speakers. Replaced Amperex 7025 tubes with Sylvania 5751. Replaced PS Audio Power Punch cable on cd player with PS Audio PerfectWave AC-3.
