I too have C7's and was curious how they would go with AR valve power. I guess the answer is very very nicely.
Out of interest I had some significant room issues that I sorted by using a KRK Ergo. Nice piece of kit and more wife friendly than having foam everywhere.
I also decoupled from my wooden floor by using Auralex Gramma's. Worth while tweak.
