I have been in this hobby for 30 years now, ie: tons of $$ gone. Ever battle & switching between solid state and tube million times and finally settling with this for about 10 years now. They don't kick butt and they don't shake the house down, those days had past. This is just a humble little system I can sit down once in a rare while now and listen to some muic and truly enjoy the material instead of worrying do I 'see' the lip moves from the femal vocal to the left. The next goal, perhaps more tubes or perhaps a pair of Avantgarde DUO GROSSO or similar.
A reliable HDCD I have listend and travel around the world for years.
Linn LP-12 full
LP12 is one of the oldest turn still active in the marketplace and wtih constant upgrade retrofit. It's not necessary the most hi-fi sounding turntable but definitely worth my investment and not having thinking about upgrade too much.
