I have always spent a lot of my free time listening to music in my room. I had a pretty decent system at home before leaving for college, but left it all at home, since shipping costs would have been pretty ridiculous.
I became interested in the single driver low powered systems after meeting Clark Blumenstein, who has become a very close friend of mine. He had spent time working with the late Terry Cain of Cain & Cain, and had begun building a series of his own speakers. Clark sold me this set of speakers, which happen to be the first horns he ever built.
I have been able to slowly accumulate a pretty nice system, which now acts as my bedroom/main system. I am very happy with the sound so far using the turntable source and my computer as a digital source.
I will hopefully be adding a CD player and DAC to the system in the near future.
I'd love to hear anyone's comments.
Also, check out my friend Clark's business website http://blumenstein-ultra-fi.com to see the stuff he is working on now.

How is your pre amp working? I am thinking of buying the same one. Does it look well built? Would you say it is a high quality unit? Is it made in Japan?
