Hello Yildiray,

Those Zingalis are gorgeous. I think the idea of mating them with a good SET amp will do wonders for them. The Zingalis are fairly sensitive aren't they? I think I read in your notes they are 100db sensitivity, so that should be a great match.

Your turntables are very nice, too, I've always liked the ET 2 tonearm, and the Denon 103R is my favorite cartridge, especially after the ESCCO mods.

I will be watching here for further system updates, and I thank you for your comments on my system page.

Best regards, Happy New Year,
Dan

Hi Karelfd, very thanks. I was forced zingali speaker's installation. My room is 7mX5m=35m2. gryphon and zingali matched are big sound. i had a problem: sound is very brigth and painfull. When I upper the sound a bit then had a headache. I have overcome this problem in two ways. first: my room is very empty noticed. carpets and seats placed team. I have a slight echo prevent. as the acoustic bass traps and absorbers placed solution.
Second: I was using as a pure silver interconnect cable. I understand the sound of them feel it shine. now I'm using copper cable( diy cardas bulk). My pleasure was now well. best regards

Pretty good system indeed. Enjoy your system and also that beautiful bottle of "Raki" sitting on the table.

Nice system, Yildiray. Zingali speakers really deserve to be better known in the audiophile community. I think they offer a tremendous price/quality ratio. I don't know the Opera in particular, but those wooden horns are a real joy.

thanks audiojoy4, i agree with you. i changed my active pre to passive. detail, focus and clarity increase with passive. my passive diy projeckt includes: dact ct2, elma switch, wbt nextgens and audio consulting silver wire. i will upgrade my system with audio consulting silver rock passive pre in the feature.

yildiray35

why dont you get an audionote preamplifier there is very little to compare with them. With regards to the passive pre amps i have extensive experience with them and although very good always lose out to active preamps because they always seem to lack the same degree of dynamics and bass power is always compromised.

i think reference's are naturel speakers and amp same with it. And with your modifications pre amp; sound go better.
transparent, datailed, good stereo image
when you lissen it music takes you, and transported an other place.

very thanks davabar. reference3a very good soundstage and very well matched quest amps. i am building preamp modification and good sound every step.

Nice rig. I don't really consider this budget because of the three dimensional magic that sysyems like this produce and because there is so much attention to detail. Nicely done.

i really like this system. can you really hear differences between interconnects in this system? I can't in mine, though I realize your setup is significantly higher end.
