@lynnot I have no complaints about it. I have considered replacing it with an Atma-Sphere MP-3, but I'm reluctant to mess with something that sounds so good as it is. Since the last photo I put back the Quad 24p just for the Decca, as the cartridge sounds better through it than through the NuVista Vinyl (the other cartridges are better with the NuVista). Since that left me with two unused inputs on the NuVista, I also put back the 5th and 6th tonearms on doubled Acoustand pods, holding an MP-500 (for first plays of new to me disks from discogs: easier to change the stylus if one isn't as it should have been), and a Kontrapunkt C. I have quite a few mono records and one of the arms has a BM Ruby 3 converted to mono. No equalizers though. I'll put up a photo of it as it is now.
Yes, the silly fake Impala head was left there by the South Africans who sold us this house, and we haven't taken it down yet! We are in Nova Scotia, very close to the border with New Brunswick.
Fills it perfectly, thank you! And as for favourites: the London Decca Reference on the Series V for sure, though for stereo the Soundsmith Sussurro MkII ES on the Series IV comes second (I keep the London Decca Jubilee in reserve for when the Reference goes for a re-tip).
