I made the rack at work. It is aluminum shelf, SS post, copper feet. Every part of the rack is insulated from each other by virgin Teflon bushing or pads. The first rack I made was single tower than made it double tower every pieces are standard so can configures single tower than expand to double tower. The shelfs are fully adjustable for the width of the feet on the component as well as the space for the height. It give the components lots of breeding spaces. I have to make the suspension for each component. It will be screw in the component feet, than will fit in the groove of the crossbar(front to back). I also have mounting tap holes in the back for cable management later project but ready to receive attachment for cable management. That is about where I'm at with it. Have a great day.
