    Acoustically treated dedicated listening room. Dedicated AC line to room. Custom rack has all square tubing filled with sand. Shelves are 1.5" thick butcher block and are isolated from frame with silicone. Asymmetrical setup yields smoothest bass response. Tweeters are 32" in front of front wall, 83" apart and 96" from ear position at the listening seat.
     Measurements are confirmed with tape measure and laser measure.
    Speakers are sitting vertical, checked with bubble level. At seated position ears are at 37" above floor, center of midrange drivers are at 40" above floor, center of tweeters are at 44.5" above floor.  Speakers are toed-in about 15*, their axis crosses several feet behind the listeners ears.
    Sub woofers are in phase with woofers of main speakers.
    Floor is wood glued down over concrete slab.
    Noise floor of room is 37 dB.

you have a really big wooden panel to block off an opening to another room. Very interesting

B&W speakers are quite nice and I have a pair in one of my listening rooms. Appears you have an interest in dentistry, my guess you're a dentist. 

Definitely pull them out so the down firing drivers will better flourish in a 360° perspective.  you have a great room behind you're listening chairs which I wish I had, so plenty of room to pull those speakers out a good yard and more.

How much of a issue was it attaching the panels to your ceiling?
