Bryston 2B-LP Pro

For sale is a Bryston 2B-LP Pro, serial number X209236, that ONLY has 2 balanced XLR inputs (which is why it has "Pro" in the name for Pro Audio where almost all connections are balanced / XLR).  

After I purchased the unit from another Audiogoner, my only complaint was that a loud "pop" sound would come out of the attached loudspeakers when the unit was turned on/off. I was using it in a near-field setup, so that pop was loud and in my face! I wound up buying a new Class D amp to replace it so it went into storage in 2019. Earlier this year, I wanted to set up a small system at work, so I pulled the 2B-LP Pro out of storage and took it to Deltronics, whom I have found to be the best repair facility in the Chicagoland area (and is an authorized repair center for many electronics brands). As shown in the attached repair receipt, the repair get rid of the "pop" sound involved "re-designing the relay circuit". During the overall performance check, an "oscillating left channel" was also repaired. That office setup did not last long, so it is time for this compact, high-quality amp to find a new home.

The unit is in good condition with the only blemishes being a small scratch on the rear and a few spots in the black anodized finish touched up with a black Sharpie. Included is the original box, packing materials, all documentation from Bryston, the power cord, and a bonus "trigger" cable with a mono 3.5mm plug on one end and an 2 wires on the other that can be used for the 12 volt remote turn on/off feature.
