The Triode Lab 2a3 was an excellent amplifier, one of my favorites--I regret selling it.
I preferred the Triode Lab 2a3 over the Finale 300B EVO by a large margin. To my ears, and in my system, it had a cleaner/clear sound; vocals were scary-real and it was dead quiet.
For the money, it's hard to beat the sound of the Triode Lab.
Hi there! Noticed you have the triode lab 2a3 and Finale F-300b integrated amps. How do you like them? I'm currently considering their 2a3, 45, and 300b amps (along with a couple other options from Mastersound and Allnic) but there isn't a whole lot of info on the triode/finale stuff out there!
I like your system a lot, but I need to ask what did the Townsend Seismic Speakers bars do for your Cornwalls? A person I met recently has the Podiums under his Von Scheikert speakers. He's really sold on them, and recommends I get some under my heavy custom built Tannoys.
They are quite expensive for the size 4 podiums I would need, so I'm hoping to learn what to expect, should I decide to buy them.
