This is my final system. I have purchased many systems over the last 12 years but now in 2024 I am done. I have found my end game system. I have gone with an all Aries Cerat System including the Ianus Essentia Monoblocks, Ianus Ageto Preamp, Kassndra 2 Reference DAC and the Aurora Speakers. My Music Server is Lucas Audio LDMS 8tb. My power conditioner is an Inakustic 4500P. My cables are a mixture of QSA Lanedri power cords and speaker cables, and Hijiri Power cords and Interconnects, I also have the Network Acoustic Muon Pro Ethernet system.
My separate theater room is 15'D x 20'W x 10'H. I have an Integra 11-channel receiver/amp. The speakers are custom Tekton Double Impact In-Wall front-center. Two DI atmos speakers and 2 humongous Tekton subwoofers. The projector is a JVC 3000 RS. The theater room chairs are from 4-Seating .com. All chairs are power operated with bass sound shaker seats.
Hi Will. Amazing system. I know you owned and loved a Raven Reflection - clearly you upgraded big time. I own a Raven Osprey and I'm considering the 12 mth trade-in offer to upgrade to a Reflection - the delta is $10K. I have Harbeth 30.2 XDs and 2 REL T/9x subs. I have spoken at length to dave and James at Raven - but I would love to hear your opinion. I did tag you in a post as well. Sorry if I'm stalking:) Ian
@tomic601 ---The Lucas Audio LDMS Music Server was the final piece in my system. It has become the single most important component in my system from an SQ perspective. That is until I receive my Lampizator Horizon this summer.
Well, I see you've made your decision. I sent you a lengthy email last year when you were looking for feedback. I have the Duos and was chatting you up about them. Am anxious to hear your assessment once they're up and running. Best of luck with them.
Tablejockey....it is not a stock photo. Those are my speakers in Viking's studio. No one else has that combination in the world. I will post more pictures after install on Sunday. I ordered them over a year ago to my exact spec.
Last night, watching Jeopardy! I learned that "Cornwall" was the most southwestern part of England, and since it resembled a horn, was named "Cornwall", which is originates from a Proto-Celtic word ""karnos" or "horn".
