A few years ago this system was completely different. Anthem preamp, BAT VK6200 amp, MF TriVista, Aerial 10T and CC5 speakers. At the suggestion of a friend, I replaced the Anthem with the Meridian 861, and was blown away by the difference. I sold the two BAT and the Aerials and replaced them with the DSP-8000's for a start. I just added the 5200's to complete the surround and the amazing 808.
I think your on the path. From what I was told if ya put some good power Cabels in it will bring your system to a higher level. Anyways I like your set up. Good listening
