The right rack is for audio and the left rack is for video. The front channels of surround sound and DirectStream DAC connect to Beolab 5 through the BHK Preamplifier.

Nice system! How do you find the P5 with the Beolab 5? How do you connect your DAC to the Beolab 5?

Incredible system and room. Very inspired by your rack choices - what is that TV stand you’re using?

Hi Jim,

The Acoustic Revive RR-888/777/77 is an ultra low frequency (Schumann Resonance) generator. This ultra-low frequency (7.83Hz) is also naturally occurring, being the lowest of the frequencies generated by a lightning strike. The RR-888 generates the same pulse and has the same effect albeit in a smaller radius. After only a few minutes of being on, the air in the room feels less heavy, more pliant and the sound of the system takes on a smoother, easier character. There are a few reviews online:

Hi,

can I ask what the Acoustic Revive RR-888 Ultra Low Frequency Generator does please?

Really nice looking room.

Jim.

Thank you Mjcmt. I am in the United States. The Beolab 5 took a long while to break in. After all the cable upgrade and system tweaks, they sound pretty amazing.

Hi Milpai,

Thank you. The OPPO 205 is a great player. However, I like the DirectStream Memory Player and DAC so much that I’ve put away all my Vinyl.

arborvine,
Simply BEAUTIFUL room and setup. I am sure with that room, the music should sound amazing too. I like the fact that the ceilings are 45'. Wow.

Would like to hear from you on how the Oppo 205 compares to your PS Audio Direct Stream DAC. Can you please describe the differences/similarities in these 2 sources?

milpai

Wonderful equipment and your room/set-up looks beautiful too. I'm curious what country you live in, because I don't see B&O speakers around much. It is really nice to see their high-end speakers being used.  And how do your main speakers sound?
