You should try it in low mode. You would improve the black levels and lamp life. How bright it would be depends on the screen size and the projector distance to it.
Since my projector has worked 250 hours (with high lamp) has a sense now switch it to low lamp? if the lamp is lost during this period its basic brightness?
You have a very balanced system and I really like it!
I bought the same as the projector you. 103 inch screen. Here I do not know how much power do I choose the lamp. Room 16 square meters. Image by color me happy, but at low power lamps are slightly faded. A high power lamp, this beats the brightness in his eyes to bright scenes ( "Casino Royale" movie), but the colors are much juicier! Here I sit and think;)
You then set the low power calibration or she was in presets projector? And what a time between time in your lamp?
The lamp is on low mode. I calibrated it to output about 21 lumens. Do to how close the projector is to the screen, I also had to close the iris a few steps. It has excellent blacks and contrast as a result.
Hello, there are bass traps on the lower front corners and a tuned helmholtz resunator under the sofa. I also had to plug the back ports of the main speakers.
Amazing room and setup, quick question, I see you don't have bass traps in the corner, did you find that you don't really need them? Thanks for sharing!
