I'm poking you because I also own some Von Gaylord equipment and noticed that the website is no longer working.  Is Von Gaylord still in business?  I really like Ray.....always a pleasure to do business with.  Your system looks amazing.

Hi, I am on the road to a complete Von Gaylord system, and most likely will be the first person in the UK to be so. Can I ask, are you still happy? Any temptations to move away? Did the conditioner make any noticeable difference to the sound?

Thanks for the compliments. The VG DAC does sound amazing, but I agree that the there are few input options. I have brought this up to Ray at VG and he said that he will be making revisions and adding additional inputs in the next model.

I compared it to the Weiss, PS Audio, and Benchmark and preferred the VG DAC. To be honest though, I am primarily a vinyl guy and have significantly more vinyl than digital.

Curious if you auditioned any other DACs? I currently have the Von Gaylord speakers with the lower end of the electronics line. I am without a DAC as I wait for my $ situation to improve. I heard the VG DAC in my system for
15 minutes and it did sound good. The down side was
that it had almost no input options. Your system looks,
and I'm sure sounds amazing. I love the Von Gaylord products. Currently, I have a little to much bite in the upper
midrange which makes some vocal recordings a little hard to sit through. Except for that glare things sound fantastic.
