I never get it right. In the beginning I used cheap cable! I learned my lesson... good hifi..get rid of the sh... cables. Now I think that I have meade it with the cables;Jeez!!( but good cables are so expensive)
The TDL speakers might be the weak link in the system,I think that they demand really good equipment. But I am waiting on the Musical Fidelity KW SACD to replace the Shanling CD T100C.(this should arrive tomorrow 28/12/07, a very nice Christmas prezzie to my self)
Recently I got rid of a music angel valve amp when the TDLs really showed it up I.e. muddled mid range, flabby bass.
The TDLs have also replaced a pair of Quad ESL 63
The introduction of the Linn equipment was at my sons constant advice (he is 19)
System edited: I have made changed to my system. I now use Martin Logan Quest Z with new panels. Project RPM turntable inc project arm, and audiotec Ac09 cart. My CD player is now a Spark cayin.
