This current system is still evolving. Next items to be changed will be the CD Player and DAC. However I am unlikely to change until the CD - SACD - DVDA conflict is resolved.
Room is 21'.6" X 13'.9" X 9'.0". It could/should have been built a little larger, however as it is a dedicated room with only the Audio System, a 3 seater sofa, 2 small side tables (you have to have somewhere for the glass of wine) and record/CD racks, it suffices.
It is a personal dislike of mine that Audio and Home Theatre are combined, however this is just me, I am lucky enough that I have two dedicated rooms, therefore I have a separate Theatre system with overhead CRT projector, 100" (16 X 9) Screen and a 7.1 system. Electric s in the Theatre are OK, mainly Denon but not up to the same standard as the main Audio System. Great part of this room is that with 8 speakers (twin centres) and a sub, there is less than 1 metre of cable visible.
Turntables are a major part of the audio system, I have the Linn LP12/Ittok and 2 X Technics SP 10's. Arms vary, the Ittok stays on the LP12, however the Technics changes between, Rega 300, SME 3009, Audio Technica AT1005, Grace G707 & Grace G745. I would like to find an Alphason HRS 100 and a Technics EPA 100 and/or EPA 500.
Nice system Ken. How cool is that to have your spare tonearms at the ready. Have you indeed found different arms have a different sonic signature? Enjoy the music. Glen

Nice system, Ken! I enjoyed part of your system many years ago at a dealer's house: LP12 ->SP15 ->x/over-> Krell stereox2-> mini Grand. Are you sure you can play the Alphason on the Technics? I used to have it on a (pink triangle) PT Too. I had also tried it on my LP12 -- but wasn't overjoyed by the sound... bad set-up, I suppose.
