Description

Well, this is what I've put together so far. Basically I'm just getting my foot in the door in the area of high-end audio. Even though I always wonder what it would be like to have a dream system, I'm never un-satisfied with what I have. I love to sit back and listen to my system come to life. I'm a college student so putting together anything has been very difficult but I'm enjoying every step of the journey. Though I love improving my system day after day, I also love reading and learning about audio. Whether it be physics, reviews, different setups, etc. I love exploring the universe of knowledge out there and I know that my system will grow old with me. Let me know what you all think.

Hi, actually, I've just graduated from University and then felt in love with HIFI as well. My dad has an Onkyo m-508 power amp as well, then I've tried several pre-amp. However, I have not been satisified with all the pre-amps, I still found that most neutral and accurate sound can only be otained by plugging the CD source direct to the power amp. So I would like to know your opinion, how does your combination of Mcintosh Pre-amp and Onkyo sound? Have you ever tried to use the Onkyo without your Mcintosh Pre-amp? Cheers, Junyan
