Had alot of fun putting this modest system together. Thank you to all the Audiogon memebers that helped out. The end rusult has been very satisfying and a terrific value. Better sounding than systems I have heard costing 2X-3X more.
Can't go wrong with the SEAS Drivers & Millenium Tweater. Great looking cabinets and stands. A steal on the secondary market. Load & effiecency perfect for the I-5. Good bass response & crystal clear highs. Smooth, not bright, no harshness. Fast.
Sim Audio Moon I-5
Not much to say about this well known classic. Great build & sound. Don't let the 70wpc fool you. PLENTY of power for Medium rooms. No downsides IMO.
Raysonic CD128
Great CDP. Purchased after reading 6-Moons review. Wonderful design. Built like a tank, made my Rega Apollo look like a toy. Really shines with upgraded tubes. I am currently using NOS JAN Phillips.
Nordost Heimdall
Best IC i have owned. Effortless.
Nordost Red Dawn
Bi-Wire. Nice Cables. Fast. Very Revealing. Not for all setups.
PS Audio Statement
Two for Amp & CDP. Nice PC. THICK. Makes friends say
Shunyata Diamondback
Nice Cable at at good price. From wall to Richard Gray 400pro.
Richard Gray 400pro
I really like this piece. Works well in my system. Black backgrounds.
PS Audio Noise Harvesters
2 pieces in free outlets on the Richard Gray. These things work!
Shakti Stone
Over Moon I-5 transformer. Dig it.
Totem Beaks
2 pair. Very cool looking IMO & lots of fun to experiment with.
Finite Elemente Cereball
Awesome! Even better at the price. Four under CDP. Stereophile product of the year runner up.
Any chance you are in Arizona? I see that poster with the Marquee Theatre in it, I definitely go to more shows there than anywhere else in AZ. Cool system.
Hi there. Nice set-up! I guess I'll be the first to post a comment. I am using Vienna Acoustics Beethoven Concert's powered by NAD M3 integrated and NAD M5 which Wireworld golden eclipse balanced. Amazing sound there. Then added Wireworld silver electra power cords to those two components. I also have two Richard Gray 400 pro's. 1 dedicated for amp, the other for components. I would need 3 noise harvesters for the 1, would that do anything you think? I also I still have to replace the stock power cords to Richard Gray. Any reccomendations? I never used any isolation feet before neither, do thay really do anything for the CDP? Thanks, Brian
