After 30 years of listening on various products I settled for:
Jadis JA30 with NOS Mullard EL34:s. Jadis DPMC phono, Conrad Johnson CT5 preamp, Magnum MD90T (great tuner), Meridian 588 CD player. Audience 6R power conditioner and Transparent PIMM for Jadis JA30. Merlin VSM-MX with SBAM-RCA, Velodyne DD10 with silver internal wire and fast recovery diodes for rectifying (great impact on distinctness of bass). Cables are mainly Siltech and AZ Silver Reference II. PC:s Virtual Dynamics/AZ Gargantua II/Transparent Reference. Infinite stand and feets.
Hi Ryriken! Sorry for not ansvering, saw your thread recently. I have no experience of Duelund capacitors but I´m shure they will do fine, as you mentioned. I use Mundorf S/O and Duelund resistors throughout i.e in X-over, BAM, RC-network and S/O in phono. I find S/O a bit too smooth with Esotar treble unit in Merlin VSM. I therefore recently added a S/O 22nF across. It will takesome time before burnt-in.
Although i have not gotten an answer from you i received the Duelund R/C yesterday, better sound right out of the box, smoother more fuller sound. A good upgrade i;m sure you know. Regards Ken
I wiil be recieving my Dueland R/C networks next week after waiting 3 months for them. I will be using them on some TSMXe speakers. Any improvement on using this upgrade. Thanks for any info on them. Regards Ken
