Sweet System! Now that you have computer audio up and running, are you listening to CD's through your 871 CD player? I am thinking of going with the same computer audio setup you have, and would love to hear your take on the differences you notice, if any, between playing a CD that has been loaded into the MAC versus the same CD played through the 871. Thanks!!

The ayre is an amazing dac. I have one question why so much power for the monitors, you should look at some larger speakers with that amp... MAC is amazing too I love my 402

I have the Duettes in gloss black. They are a big step up, similar to a floor standing speaker, but would blend right in with your system. Duettes in gloss black are stunning in every way! Cheers.

very nice system. if you decide to move from the revels, i would leave monitors for a small or slender floorstander to increase bandwidth. overwise it all looks like classic high fidelity...timeless.
