Hi-
I noticed that you now have the Aerial 20T's.
I am considering these or the Utopia Nova or the B&W800.
Are you still happy with the sound, reliability, and bass?
May be using for both music and A/V. I will be using the Halo JC-1 amps. Might consider the Aerial SW12 if I do get them.

Worldcat -> what kind of ML gear have you went through ? I'm using the prev. gen. theta front end (Data Basic II/ GenVa + Digital Lens) and was thinking about goint the oposite direction - from Theta to Levinson.

The Aerial 9's are a very very clear speaker. They are very detailed and articulate. They have great bass its tight and deep and the highs are just real sounding, clean and clear as anything you have ever heard. When you put a cd on you can hear every word they are saying in the song its amazing how clear they are and very transparent as well. The equipment that i have makes so much of a difference as well i had a pioneer cd play hook-up to it they sounded great but when i added the Compli it was like WOW how could it make that much of a difference. Now they are truly amazing. Anyone looking for a great speaker definely take a listen to the new Aerial 9's! I use to be a Levinson guy but now i guess i am a Theta guy i really like all their products they are making now!!!

The new Aerial 9's are awesome i listen to lots of speakers the revels wilson b & w's ect but i like the aerials midrange so much better. From top to bottom they are great!! In my system they sound so good with the theta gear. The Theta gear is really really good now! The Gen VIII with the new COMPLI its hard to describe but awesome when i added the compli the music sounded so live just like you are there. The aerial 9's are not the 20t's which i love so much but now that i have my system i don't feel like i have to get the 20's. I believe i could live with the 9's forever there so good. Gen VIII dac is what it is nothing like it!! BUT it made a huge difference when i added the COMPLI!!

You are one of the first that has posted that owns the new model 9 s. Please give us a review as soon as a competent evaluation can be assessed if possible. There are many Aerial fans out here that cant afford the 20 t s and are waiting to get some juicy good news on the new model. The theta gear looks outrageous too! Merry Christmas to YOU!!!
