My neighbors in the apartment complex probably wish that this would get hit by lightning.
Most of the stuff is either purchased used or at "accomodation" prices. Anyway, I'm slowly getting away from Best Buy components and Radio Shack cables.

Toshiba TW-40X81
It's only 40", but looks plenty big in an apartment when you can only get 8' away from it. It took me months to "calibrate" it using reference light sources, the service manual and the cal disk. Looks WAY, WAY better than most other HDTV's.

Universal Remote that is configurable in any possible way. This is the exact same as the Madrigal IRIQ. Everyone loves this remote, especially my wife. I have bought 3 on Ebay (new in box), one for me, one for dad and one for my father-in-law. Each only $50-$70.

I just bought a Little Hog of a scooter that looks like a Harley Fatboy....... It does 35-45 mph, it's LOUD with duel chrome exhaust pipes! This is the best thing to date to Annoy the Neighbors!
