Description

A mulit-room, multi-source audio system for HT and dedicated 2-channel. My component rack (home made from rock maple) sits in the HT room with Tylo reference as mains with B&W sub and surrounds. HT system is powered by Denon AVR 1803 (85 wpc in 6) with Denon DVM 4800 DVD/DVD-A/CD source. Kimber 8TC/4TC biwire for main speakers. In adjacent room, which is for dedicated 2-channel listening, I have a pair of PBN Montana SP IIIs (birdseye maple) which are powered by Musical Fidelity A3cr pre-amp/power-amp combo with Aracm CD72T as digital source (this recently took place of MH Maverick that was sold). These components also sit on the audio rack in adjacent HT room. Analysis Plus Oval 12 biwire cables from MF A3cr power to SP IIIs.

Oz,

How about a hybrid, like Unison Research Unico?

Great looking Montanas, Cody. I bet they sound excellent too. You should try them with tubes eometime, a match made in heaven.
