Description

This is a system that i have been working on for about 6 years. Moving pieces of equipment around buying and selling you name it. Now i have put together what i think is a system that is real hard to beat for the money. I have had systems that were upward of $30,000 that did not sound even close as good as this system does. This is an example that one does not need to spend a ton of money on a system to sound great. I look at some of these systems here on audiogon and think to myself i was one of those people that spent a ton of money on his system and did't get that sound he is looking for. Now i finally found it, and not for a whole lot of money. Thanks for looking

Congrats on putting together a very nice system.

I had a PA-7 back in the late 90's. I thought it was an excellent sounding amp. I amp a big fan of Nelson Pass solid state and own his current amps now.

Thanks Bojack. I have been putting this system together for a long time. It took alot of time and trial and error to come to what I think is a killer system. You stated you are interested in the Tyler Acoustic MM5's. I would say to you, "go buy them"!!! they are the best pair of speakers I have owned so far. This is a list of speakers I have owned in the last 5 years. Vandersteen 3a signatures, Zu Audio Omen Def, Audio Physic Tempo VI, Klipsch cornwall III, B$w 703, Celestion DL10, Tannoy S10, Paradigm signature s4. By far the best all around sounding speaker out of the ones I listed. Ty is a great guy he will answer any questions you might have. Give him a call. Good luck!!

Great system! Some months ago I dropped by a local retailer and listened to a system of big name components totaling $50,000.00 and thought to myself that the system I have at home sounds as good, and makes more bass! I agree that experience, knowledge, and patience are more important than money. However money is nice if you've got it!

One of the coolest and best looking systems on AGon IMO (I have had my eye on the MM5s). Just way sweet.
