Description

my first dedicated listening area. we recently pulled the funky carpet out of part of our 3rd. floor all purpose room and i put down this t&g maple floor.

i feel good about it so far. the adagios are beautiful to both the eyes and ears.

thinking about the next step... i know i need some good interconnects and sound aborbing material on the walls- for starters.

my room is 12x23 . the entrance is through 2 (a left and a right)pocket doors . each a 3' wide door. just outside this room is our 12x17 computer/office area. so for less serious listening i can open up the pocket doors and music easily fills the area.

thanks to all who post here and inspire.

Awesome system. I am a big fan of Conrad Johnson equipment myself. I currently own the Conrad Johnson Evolution 2000 amplifier and the PV-12 preamp. I also had owned their PF-2 preamp in the past. I find their sound to be unparalleled.

If you want to see my system you can find it here on "Conrad Johnson Owners.com". You may want to check the site out as it's a completely Conrad Johnson audio equipment dedicated forum site. Or you can just google "Conrad Johnson Owners". Kind of cool to have a dedicated site just for Conrad Johnson equipment.

Well, like I said. Congrats on the system it's really beautiful.

hi - well i have them now for almost 2 years. i have them in a 12 x 20 room. they fill my ears with the full range of sound. i mostly these days listen to jazz and they are perfect for that. they are not big hammers like the klipsch's i have that i go to when i want huge volumes to fill the house in every room.
10 to 12 feet is good listening distance but i can open my listen room doors and go into the computer room and crank it a little and be perfectly satisfied.
i do like them.
