Description

All this started about 6 years ago. The system has seen some changes but has been pretty stable for the last two years. I only have about 3K wrapped up into all the components. I got some nice deals from the local stereo shop. Everything sounds very nice together, we just moved into our house about 6 months ago and I was finally able to have some freedom with the set up, (sure beats an apartment). My future plans are to possibly purchase an integrated amp and maybe add a sub, though the bass from the studio 60's is quite nice in the current living room. I use it for music and movies, I mainly want the sub for movies. If you have any comments or suggestions just feel free to leave them

I agree on the dedicated Cd player, but since I use the system for movies as weel the Denon player is more convienent, plus it sounds nicer than the other cd player's I have had (parasound and Harmon Kardon)so i dont complain much. Also the studio 60's I have are the version 2's not the originals, though I may be mistaken on there retail price, I only paid 900 for them, because I bought them when the V3's came out, I think the V3's retail for 1600 but not exactly sure. Thanks for the comments.

Very well put together system. You got the most from every buck. I used to have the original Studio 60 (I believe that they were $1100 not $1600) and now have the Studio 40v3. You would probably see the greatest benefit from buying a dedicated CD player. Job well done.
