Mostly streaming audio these days. My original goal was to put together a kick ass budget system for my brother. Hell, I have a Nait/Spendor combo and $$$ in cables. Of course I'll create a system. After listening to his Lores through my (gifted) little chip Trends amp, I decided that the Lores needed to be in my home with a little more juice.

Cutting to the chase, I gave bro my Linn Katans and stole back the little chip and Lores. The Lore speakers sounded terrible with my Niam Niat.

So now he has the snob factor Naim/Linn setup. I couldn't be more happy with the mono blocks I purchased for a steal paired with the Tekton Lore speakers. How do I improve on a strict budget when I don't like tubes?
